Weyermann® - 26 - Sissi‘s Wiener Lager

In the glass, this Austrian lager style is amber to deep orange in color and the head is fine-pored and stable. A hint of caramel and cookie rises on the nose. On the palate, it has intense malty-sweet notes of toffee, mainly attributable to the aroma-rich malting barley Barke®. These harmonize well with herbaceous noble hop notes from Hersbruck and a subtle background acidity. In the finish, caramel notes mingle with bittersweet chocolate and mild roasted aromas.
