Weyermann® - 25 - Under The Kilt

Weyermann® Under The Kilt, Scotch Ale has an intense, light red, almost sherry-like color and is topped with a cream-colored head. The bouquet is subtle with notes of caramel, herbaceous hops, forest honey and Earl Grey tea, as well as a slightly smoky undertone. This is also found in the taste. This well-balanced, traditional Scotch ale pairs perfectly with an equally typical Scottish dish such as smoked salmon or streaky salmon.
