Weyermann® - 12 - Wheat Wine

The Wheat Wine stands out for its color and the initial taste, both of which have a honey-like effect. The fruity notes of banana, pineapple and lemon, rounded off by the mild acidity, let the thoughts drift to the last, warm rays of sunshine of the year. The full body and pronounced malt sweetness, initiated by the barnyard malts, harmonize with the result of the sophisticated hop addition. The malt sweetness is wonderfully balanced with the bitter hop notes. The slightly warming aftertaste plays with the senses and allows the previously received taste impressions to be reviewed.
