Westmalle Trappist Ale yeast gives this beer distinctive coriander and black pepper spice notes, yet a cold fermentation makes it approachable and a well balanced beer. Brewed with a blend of Pilsner malt and Double Roasted Crystal malt, they give it a nice toasty, biscuity, and honey flavors.
