Ruby-amber coloured, almost clear, medium-sized and very stable firm off-white head, mild dryish roasty-toasty nose with some caramelly and bitter spots; mild bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; slightly lingering dryish toasty and bitter finish.
