Our light WeizenbockVitus, saturated with fine yeast and with its creamy head, is a beer specialty that, thanks to the extra-long maturation process, is known for its well-balanced, full-bodied and round character. Fruity hints of dried apricots are accompanied by fine aromas of lemons, cloves and bananas. The sparkling, effervescent carbonation produces a gently bubbly feeling in the mouth. Unlike the typical strong beer, our Vitus resembles a classic-fruity wheat beer. A perfect match for hearty meat dishes and spicy cheese but also ideal with sweet dishes. Produced with centuries-old brewing experience on the Weihenstephan Hill.
