Lindheim Ølkompani - We Juice : Cherry

We Juice is our new series of Berliner Weisses. With different fruit juices added, most of which made from our own fruit. First one out is We Juice : Cherry. With sour cherries from our own orchard. In our first We Juice we did not have other "juicing tools" than a mash bag and our own (clean) hands. Kettle soured with yoghurt. Cheers!
