For our handmade cider, we combine techniques from the art of brewing, the winemaking trade and centuries-old cider tradition. The unmistakable flavour of old apple varieties makes our semi-dry white cider a tangy, fresh taste experience. In cooperation with the Heimatapfel project of the Natur-Heimat-Kultur foundation in the Steinheim basin, we support the preservation of orchards in our region with our white cider. The orchard meadow as a cultural asset should be preserved as an important habitat for flora and fauna: The orchard meadow is the natural form of fruit cultivation and, with over 5,000 different animal and plant species, is one of the most species-rich habitats in our traditional cultural landscape.
