Wacken Brauerei - Hymir

Hymir, the Dark One, belongs to the Jötun, the Nordic Giants. He has a huge cauldron in which enough beer can be simmered to quench the thirst of all the gods. The brewery borrowed this cauldron and used its size not much beer, but to brew a particularly strong beer. Huge amounts of the best barley malt give this divine drink the power and darkness typical of an Imperial Stout. It harmonizes with fine roasted and chocolate aromas and a balanced bitterness.
