Our new brew, brewed at the end of June 2021 with like-minded people from the Big Village, is finally ready to be presented to you in all its glory. As it happens, our breweries have a long-standing love affair with Belgium and we couldn't help but emphasise this. Our reading of the iconic Belgian quadruple has acquired all the signature attributes of the style due to long aging. On the palate, as in the aroma, notes of caramel and toffee are strong, complemented by hints of dark fruit and bread. A multifaceted and warming beer as the final chord of the passing spring.
