Bottom fermented
Fermentation
Beer description
This special brew is cooked during Christmas, it is a strong, bottom-fermented beer, where malt dominates. So hop in this beer plays a bit of a second violin. However, this has no effect on the pleasant balance and harmonic taste of beer. Light Pilsner malt, caramel Munich and melanoid malt were used for brewing. The resulting Vorkloster Monastery BOCK beer has a rich, deep amber to copper color. In the aroma you will feel a combination of used malts with a delicate line of spicy-floral aroma. The taste is distinctly malty, caramel. Small to medium steering. And in the end the warm taste of alcohol, so necessary in this period. Enjoy the Christmas atmosphere with this exceptional beer.
