For their monastery 12 Vorkloster used light malts with a handful of coloring malt and only one type of hops that originated in the Saaz region. This hops are characterized by a balanced bitterness and a specific aromatic profile, which is given by a unique composition. It is no coincidence that it is called Harmonie and the beer brewed from this hops is specific for its gentle bitterness. It will also appeal to those who do not like extra-bitter beers.
