We decided that once a year, right before the New Year, we would make different interpretations of hangover soups. This year it's a spicy tomato gose with thyme, bay leaves, saffron, dark miso, pink pepper, jalapeno pepper and black truffle.
It's rich, balanced, with a warming spiciness. The kind that saves from the most difficult situations
