Experimental goze with cilantro, shallots, parsley, garlic, chili peppers, and zira. Chimichurri is an Argentine sauce, fresh, spicy, with a unique character from a mixture of cilantro, garlic, and parsley. This goze is an experiment, and an attempt to recreate the Argentine character of the sauce in beer.
