Volta Brewery - Caribbean Collada Sour

New tropical saur with pineapple juice, pineapple puree, banana puree, coconut and Alphonso mango puree. The aroma is coconut, banana, fresh pineapple, coconut notes. The taste is pronounced pineapple, with banana notes. Coconut does not dominate, it plays very gently on the finish. The body is super-dense, rich. The sweetness is moderate.
