Born in the heads of brewers, the recipe for the light elite was tested at Wolf Engelman Studio. For years, the tasters' ratings have been monitored, and taste has been improved. The result is a rich, elite-like aroma and taste, unfiltered and therefore cloudy due to the presence of brewer's yeast for high fermentation.
