Beer description
The Bavarian nature of the Pilsner is pure justice, as its creator is Josef Groll. This Bavarian brewer was invited to the city of Plzen, where, using new technology and light malt, he brewed and introduced the first batch of Pilsen beer in 1842. The Pilsner variety has become so popular and widespread throughout the world that it still accounts for about half of the total beer production in Germany. The new Wolf Engelman BAVAR is a German-style Pilsner, cooked and matured in Wolf Engelman tanks. It's a classic that comes with a new taste - rich in flavor, yet light and aromatic, like most Bavars.
