Beer description
DIPA DDH brewed in collab' with Yakima Chief Hops for the launch of a new experimental hop, HBC 735. We were selected from 7 European breweries to work exclusively on this new hop. So we decided to give it a big DIPA single hop at 20g/L.
Lots of fruit, with notes of melon and yellow fruit, and a touch of pepper. One of a kind.
