Last month we had the pleasure to visit our friends from Vogelsang in Austria and we brewed a flavourful hop bomb! Mango is one of the favourite foods of the Regenbogenlori parrot, which is native to Australia. The unique combination of mostly australian Galaxy hops, Cashmere & Citra and a special yeast called “Mango Madness” alone gives this creation a tropical full-bodied flavour. The added lactose highlights the velvety texture and rounds off this tasteful hoppy experience!
