Austmann Bryggeri - Vintersolverv

Vintersolverv is a pleasant, complex and dark Christmas beer. The complexity of the beer comes from the brewing technique: we brew three different malt profiles, all with the same spice profile. These are then blended together after fermentation to create Vintersolverv. It's extremely time-consuming, but it's the only way we can create a true Vintersolverv.
