Twin Peaks Hazy Pale Ale. A top-fermented beer with a rich hop aroma of Cashmere and Cascade, varieties from the Cascade Mountains. Twin Peaks has a finely balanced bitterness, lower carbonation, and a nice long finish. Refreshing notes of tangerine and citrus fruits come through wonderfully in aroma and taste. It is velvety smooth and easy to drink. The combination of malted barley and wheat gives it a juicy, rich color, while oats contribute to an interesting, hazy appearance.
