Vinohradský (S)Tout Noir

(S) Tout Noir, light and well drinkable stout. Its drier character accentuates the intense roasted taste of dark chocolate and coffee, which was provided by the used classic and dark malts and roasted unmalted wheat. These rougher dry tones are smoothed by the combination of hops Žatecký poloraný červeňák, Centennial and Ahtanum with its delicate fruity and floral aroma with pleasant bitterness.
