Beer description
This barleywine is a collaboration
with our good friends from Kaapse Brouwers in Rotterdam. A malty, strong brew with notes of caramel,
dried fruit, molasses and sherry.
This beer is excellent for aging.
Stick a few bottles in your
cellar, keep them upright, dark and cool, and let it improve with the years. Best enjoyed between 14–16°C with a good vinyl record when the nights are long and the air is cold.
