Beer description
The idea of beer was born in a bar in Brooklyn, New York months before being brewed in an old video store in the Blue Mountains, Australia with our good mates from Finback.
Over a few beers with Basil and Kevin, we dreamt up a collab that would best represent each of our hazy’s from our respective hemispheres. A few months later, in between a few trips down some local waterfalls and taking in the views over a few more beers, we managed to fire up the kit and brew a hazy DIPA with a surprisingly restrained amount of haze and sweetness but still with an excessive amount of flavour. We agreed on double dry-hopping it with some of our favourite American hops - Citra, Centennial and BRU-1 - to provide assertive pineapple, mango
