Kinn Bryggeri - Vidda

Vidda is an English-style brown ale with a strong malt character. We have made this beer especially for hearty meat dishes, such as reindeer, deer, elk and small game. Brown ale is probably seen as a solid and boring style of beer, but we at Kinn love it! Very drinkable and incredibly suitable for a wide range of food. Meat, pizza, tacos, stews, yes, most things can work for a well-balanced brown ale. Part of the secret with Vidda is that we use brown malt from the traditional producer Thomas Fawcett & Sons in Yorkshire. This dry-roasted malt gives us exactly the right dark malt flavor we are looking for.
