B.C. Brewery - Victoria Corn Beer - Chicha De Jora

Also known as Peruvian corn beer. Their version comes from the Bolivian highlands and uses pink peppercorns for taste, color and aroma. Three types of corn are used to brew this beer, including Mexican blue corn. Expect a strong aroma of peppercorns along with a light corn aroma. The taste is slightly sour and peppery.
