Vault City - Raspberry Clouds

Murky like a dream, with the head in raspberry clouds. This Mixed Fermentation Sour was aged on mountains of ripe Scottish raspberries to achieve a bright, fruity flavor. Cinnamon and vanilla add layers of warmth and sweetness, creating a delicate balance with tart fruits and nutty almond undertones. A generous dry hopping with Citra completes the flavor profile with hints of citrus fruits and tropical fruits.
