Beer description
Belgian sour ale aged for 18 months in a local dry red wine barrel.
After that, we added natural raspberry puree (50%) to the base, and aged another 12 months in a CCT for fermentation. The result is a rich, quite acidic, slightly tart, bright raspberry ale with a funky profile from the brets.
