This year we've made a light winter Berliner with cherries, Sicilian oranges and cloves (for a special, seasonal "jingle!"). Slightly sour and spicy, with fruity undertones, it's perfect for a festive table or as a nice aperitif on its own. Or maybe you want to go a little crazy and warm it up with a dash of honey and cinnamon?
