Did you know that barbarians love Transcarpathia very much? Mountains, meadows, nature, swift rivers, centuries-old forests. And we have a long and warm friendship with the guys from Tsypa - Tsypa Brewery. And when in January 2022, Martin had the idea of ​​brewing together, could we really resist? And who could: aromatic Carpathian honey, smoked malt, oak barrels. We aged the barleywine in oak barrels until April 2023, after which it was lovingly aged in glass. It turned out smoky, sweet and warming, with notes of cookies, prunes and mixed-herb honey.
