Beer description
Farmhouse is a very interesting and original variety in itself, we fermented and aged this one for a year with natural, self-collected birch sap (50%) and brettanomycetes in the CCT.
It contains barley and wheat malt, malt extract and bretta. The result is a slightly spicy, multi-layered farmhouse with notes of field herbs and garden fruits, malt and a hint of light sweetness in the taste.
