Varvar Brew - Blanche de Blanche

Well, all experimening the brewery do with different hops and other strange things doesn't mean they are disrespectful of classics. And besides German and Czech classics there is Belgian. But it was impossible not to tweak it a bit. Wheaty-wheat, coriandery-coriander, citrusy-citrus Blanche de Blanche is a flavorful fresh and summery wit infused by lemon and orange peel and hopped with (here comes the tweak) Sorachi Ace. It's like a Snow White kiss.
