Semi-sweet mead forged of vanilla, 1200lbs of local wild flower honey, 1200lbs of blueberries from Tillman Farms in La Paz, IN. Blueberries contribute fruitiness, acid and tannins, making for a well structured mead whose edges are smoothed over with warming vanilla.
