VandeStreek bier - Imperial Sour - White Wine Barrel Aged

When we asked the brewers at Stone what they wanted to brew for a Barrel Aged Collab, they knew exactly what they wanted. It certainly wasn't going to be standard. We brewed an Imperial Sour. Kettle soured before fermenting it with a Farmhouse yeast from Lithuania. Not a red or black beer, but a blond beer bursting with fruity flavors from the yeast that are beautifully complemented by the white wine barrels.
