VandeStreek bier - Farm Fresh

Farm Fresh Since our first steps into the world of fresh hops, the Dutch Hop House has been running with us. Thanks to them, we were able to dry hop Farm Fresh, a fruity New England IPA, with fresh Barbe Rouge hops from France. Barbe Rouge is known for its fruity notes of strawberry, cherry and currant, which makes Farm Fresh deliciously juicy and full-bodied. A NEIPA bursting with fruity character! But what makes fresh hops so special? Unlike dried hops, fresh hops are used immediately after harvesting, preserving their intense, fresh aromas. This creates a unique flavour sensation not found in ordinary hop beers.
