Brasserie Valduc - Thor

Its dark and copper-colored dress is adorned with a creamy froth collar with pastel touches of cappuccino. From the first contact, this knight beer gradually lowers its woody aging to reveal a slight acidity marked by astringency and a subtle chocolate attack. Once the defenses have fallen, the light aroma of coffee and chocolate smells on the palate, leaving only beautiful melodious notes of caramelized bourbons of yesteryear. Finally comes the heat which is slowly consumed on a note of woody bitterness. A beer that lives more than it tells itself.
