Beer description
Uvula Rasa is our beautiful little farmhouse grisette, brewed just for NC Beer Month with barley & rye from our buddies at Riverbend Malt, Alamance County hops, a blend of Chambourcin & Cynthiana grapes from our friends at Benjamin Vineyards, and a touch of sea salt harvested by hand on the Outer Banks! It's a layered little saison style that we fermented with our house yeast and finished off with just a touch of house-smoked barley for character and complexity.
