Clear deep amber under a thin ivory cap. Complex aroma of wild buggy lactic acid and stone fruity tones and light melon citrus and a little plum. Bright flavor that’s a little buggy and tart, amberish with light cranberry and fig and plum, and a light, light whiskey note.
