Beer description
Fresh Hop UNIVERSL was brewed back in August (which is basically yesterday compared to our other beers!) and made of malted barley, rye, and wheat from our neighbors at Mecca Grande Estate Malt. We also added some malted oats and a touch of roast malt for color and mouthfeel and hopped with Goschie Farms Cascade in our copper kettle. After primary fermentation with our house mixed culture, we harvested hops from brewer Connor Currie's backyard and dry-hopped for over 2 months prior to racking into kegs and cans. 100% naturally carbonated with Oregon honey. Our head brewer calls this beer "farmforest".
