Rewort Brewery - Unity Makes Strength

"UNITY MAKES STRENGTH" is the official motto of Belgium, and so is the title of this release. An etude in Belgian colours, with due respect for tradition and with the necessary assumptions for modernity. To add intensity to the flavour and aroma, we have added a little more caramel malt than the classic recipe suggests, and we have taken everything else from the old Belgian school, while retaining the necessary strength, density, and world-recognisable aroma that is unmistakable and for which we are indebted to the Belgian strain WLP500 Monastery Ale Yeast, long recognised in the homeland of tripel, dubbel, quadrupel and other varieties of Belgian origin.
