Beer description
The copper-colored body and generous foam head of this amber beer torment the eyes but it is the complex taste of Seigneuriale that provides a pleasant surprise. It's lightly sweet, malty and spicy, but a distinctive hop character and notes of apricot brandy give Seigneuriale a truly unique character. We recommend combining it with carved ham, duck or squab with apricot glaze, Thai shrimp curry or a holiday fruit cake.
