Unibroue Blonde De Chably

This is an interpretation of Unibroue, which is a Belgian seasonal beer traditionally brewed by farmer's breweries in winter. After being stored for several months, they were used to field workers as a help to cool off on long, hot summer days. Seasonal beers were considered refreshing, even when served warm in the days before refrigeration.
