We often get asked where we get the inspiration for new beers every week. Well as an example, we were recently hanging out under the bridge with the local Hawaiian Trip-Hop crowd and got caught up in the celebrations and DJ fell into a transdimensional funk and, well, wait… this is the story of how we got the plane!
