Unamás - one more! That's how it must sound when our Helles is drunk. A seemingly simple beer that is actually probably the most difficult variety for the brewer. Because every detail has to be right. So that in the end you have a beer in your glass that you want to take the next sip of immediately after the last one! To achieve this, we use only the finest flavoured hops from Tettnang and Hallertau in addition to pale brewing malt. During a long, cold fermentation and at least 5 weeks of maturation, the bottom-fermenting yeast conjures up a wonderful balance of restrained malt flavours, underlined by a mild bitterness.
