Fauve - Un Joyau aux Mille Facettes

This is a big first for us... The use of a brand new hop: Idaho Gem! 😋 It offers some pretty incredible cherry notes. Yes, cherry, which is quite unusual for a hop. Now you're interested, aren't you? That's the effect it had on us too, haha!!! 🍒 So we combined it with a hop you know better: Mosaic. It makes an explosive cocktail, blending red fruits and tropical fruits 💥 with always that soft, bewitching texture in the mouth... the Fauve signature 💫 Illustration by Justine Figueiredo
