Beer description
Aged for 18 months in Port barrels, cahoots Flanders style red is ready to take flight. Brewed with rich caramel malt and fermented with a blend of wild yeast and bacteria, this brew has a complex finish with bright acidic notes of cherries and raspberries. The cahoots series is an ongoing collaboration Uinta Brewing has with local homebrewers who submit recipes for consideration. Each batch is brewed only once and will not be re-released
