Uchu Star Dust Mango

A mango version of the fruit-based sour IPA that we have been working on since last year! Add a large amount of mango puree and mosaic hops to sour beer! The twisted aroma of mango and hop, the soft texture, the gentle sweetness and sourness, and the bitterness of sourness and hops give it a star-der-ast with a finish like grapefruit marcasili.
