Überbräu - Filha da Fruta

Filha da Fruta arose from the collaboration of two microbreweries and Uberlândia, Benedith and Uberbrau. Two fruits were added, one in each recipe, with the rest of the ingredients (malts, hops and yeast) being identical in both. In this first edition of Filha da Fruta, Benedith added figs to the beer recipe and Uberbrau added Guava in its version. The result was the emergence of two sister beers with completely different sensory profiles provided by the fruits.
