First in the series, Urban Funk was fermented by one-of-a-kind stew of wild yeasts captured in our midst by the beer loving scientists at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. These yeast critters are especially hearty, having been captured during Superstorm Sandy. The result is a totally unique, totally funky beer experience indigenuous to their own backyard.
