Ringnes - Tuborg God Sommer

History of Tuborg In 1873, Tuborg Brewery was founded by Carl Frederik Tietgen in Hellerud, Denmark. In 1970, Tuborg Brewery became part of Carlsberg. Flavour Tuborg Sommerøl is a Nordic lager with a very light straw yellow colour. The aroma is characterised by fruitiness from yeast, notes of flowers from hops and light notes of straw and honey from malt. The beer has a very light character with a light malt sweetness that is well balanced against a low bitterness. Food pairing Tuborg Sommerøl is well suited to light summer food such as pizza, pasta dishes, salads, fish and shellfish.
